Our Fresh Saskatchewan Chanterelle mushrooms are picked in the Northern Forest and found in the pristine Caribou Moss. These are the most sought after Golden Chanterelle mushrooms on the Planet. They are often used by the Best Chef's around the world. 

They go great in any sauce or gravy. The Golden Chanterelle are the most versatile wild mushroom in the kitchen.  

Chanterelle are usually found in French, American, German, Italian and Canadian Cuisine.
