Our Fresh Winter chanterelle mushrooms are picked in the Pacific mountains of British Columbia. Winter Chanterelle mushrooms are a unique and delicious addition to many dishes and one of the most sought after mushrooms by top chefs.  These are one of our favorite mushrooms. Winter Chanterelle are incredibly delicious fresh, frozen and dried.
