Our chanterelle mushrooms are picked in the mountains of British Columbia. Chanterelle mushrooms are a unique and delicious addition to many dishes and one of the most sought after mushrooms by top chefs. Dried Chanterelle have amazing texture and aroma. They go great in any sauce or gravy. 

Chanterelle are usually found in French, American, German, Italian and Canadian Cuisine.
