Our Chanterelle mushrooms are picked in the mountain of Northern Vancouver Island British Columbia. Golden Chanterelle mushrooms are a unique and delicious addition to many dishes. Dried Chanterelle have amazing texture and aroma. They go great in any sauce or gravy. The Golden Chanterelle are the most versatile wild mushroom in the kitchen.  

Chanterelle are usually found in French, American, German, Italian and Canadian Cuisine.
